A nicely decorated room in the middle of Palermo Soho, with the roaster itself visible and beans for sale by the register. Popular enough with both tourists and locals that service can slow down at busy hours.
The Coffee
The cappuccino was quite good, and the wider coffee program holds up across an extensive breakfast and brunch menu of omelets and pastries.
Come for the roaster in the room. Stay because nobody is rushing you out.
The Vibe
Staff are attentive and friendly even when the room fills up. Wifi is fast and reliable enough to actually work through, and nobody hurries you along, solo or otherwise.
The Verdict
A little pricier than the Palermo average, and worth it for a room built for lingering. Good for solo reading, good for people-watching, good for a real work session.
