Cafes and bars in Dublin

Bewley's has poured on Grafton Street since 1927, but Dublin's specialty story really starts in 2009, when 3FE opened and gave the independent roasters that followed something to measure themselves against. The city hosted the World Barista Championship in 2016. A pub town that learned to take its flat white seriously.
