Coffee sits lowest because the flat white was fine rather than memorable, and the croissant was the better order. - Coffee / Drink Quality: 7.9/10 - Atmosphere: 9.1/10 - Solo-Friendliness: 8.9/10 - Value: 8.0/10 - Staying Power: 8.3/10 - Overall: 8.4/10 Perfect for: working alone, reading, impressing someone, first date, people watching, slow evening ## The Space Tall ceilings and plenty of light make the room feel bigger than it is, and there is a terrace out front for good weather. A few stools at the bar take the solo visitors, and the rest of the space is café tables. ## The Coffee The flat white was not bad, a decent cup rather than a reason to cross town. The chocolate croissant came from another bakery and was the real find, moist inside and crisp outside. > A room you can settle into. ## The Vibe The staff were friendly and left me alone to sit. Wifi works, and on my visit half the room had a laptop open, so it suits work as easily as a long read. ## The Verdict Come for the room, order the croissant, and stay a while.
