The Space
This Buddy Brew is a counter inside the Sprouts on South Dale Mabry, with no seats or tables, so it is a grab and go stop. I was the only customer when I went.
The Coffee
I ordered the iced latte, a double shot, and it was watered down, with mostly milk and almost no coffee flavor. I asked where the beans came from and whether they were single origin, and the barista did not seem to want to be bothered. The person who took my order was pleasant, but the person making the drink did not engage with any of my coffee questions.

The Vibe
It is quick and low key, which is what a grocery counter should be. The bean questions got a cold reception, which is a shame for a brand known for its coffee.
The Verdict
This was one visit and a disappointing one, and I came in on the brand's reputation. Buddy Brew has its own roaster, and I will try that next to see whether this counter is the exception.
