Boca Cafe
Spencer Dock · Dublin · Steep Index 8.0/10

A clean, spacious specialty coffee and sandwich shop at Spencer Dock, with friendly staff, a good piri piri sandwich and a flat white worth the stop.
The Steep Index
Atmosphere and staying power lead, a clean, spacious room with friendly, attentive staff. Coffee is the softest axis: the flat white was pretty good, but the barista could not say which beans or roast went into it.

The Space
Boca Cafe sits on the ground floor of Kilmore House at Spencer Dock. The interior was clean and spacious, and it is a specialty coffee shop that also sells sandwiches.
The Coffee
We ordered a latte and the piri piri sandwich, and it was good. The flat white was pretty good too, though when I asked the barista which beans and roast style went into it, they had no answer, which was a little surprising for a specialty shop. The cafe's own listings name Full Circle Roasters.
Good coffee alongside a proper lunch at Spencer Dock.
The Vibe
The staff were friendly and attentive.
The Verdict
A good place for lunch with good coffee alongside it. Order the piri piri sandwich with a flat white, and note it is open weekdays only.
