The Space
HUU'S COFFEE takes over a converted building a few minutes off Kokusai Street, with sofas and open seating on the second floor and rooftop seats for when the weather holds. It is laid back rather than showy, even with tourists filling the tables around you.
The Coffee
The Island Egg Sandwich is the reason to come back, stacked and genuinely delicious. The cold brew is not: it landed closer to acidic iced coffee than a proper cold brew, so stick to the wider beverage menu instead.

The Vibe
Solo visitors get real room to settle in with a book, and the wifi is fast enough to actually work from. Staff are uber friendly, speak English well, and stayed attentive even with the place busy.
The Verdict
This is a great place to spend a few hours, just order carefully. Skip the coffee, get the sandwich, and take the sofa or the rooftop for as long as you like.
