The Space
A warm, compact room in a Grünerløkka shopfront with the roasting equipment visible behind the bar and just enough seats to feel cosy without feeling crowded. The bench seating along the wall is the one thing worth flagging — no cushioning, and you will notice it if you settle in for more than an hour.
The Coffee
The espresso is pulled with the quiet confidence of people who have been competing at national level for over a decade, and the latte is the kind that makes you reconsider your usual order. The croissant is better than it has any right to be and worth ordering with your first cup.

The Vibe
Baristas who know what they are doing and seem genuinely happy to be here, a mix of regulars and people who made the detour deliberately, and a pace that never pushes you out the door. Grünerløkka in the morning, done properly.
The Verdict
The best cafe in Oslo and not particularly close. If you are in the city for any length of time, this is the place you build your mornings around.
