The four cafes actually making the case for Naha's coffee, all within a fifteen-minute walk of each other: a hidden staircase, two doors on the same block, and a solo counter built for lingering. All four only share an open day three times a week.

Open 09:00-17:00 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (closed Wednesdays and Sundays otherwise). Up a dramatic stone staircase, reading more like a small art gallery than a cafe. No wifi, by design. The only Steep Pick of the four.

Open 07:00-15:00, closed Mondays (and occasionally Tuesdays). A tiny hidden coffee stand, easy to miss, with a one-drink-per-person minimum. Keep it quick if you are early in the day, since the next stop does not open until later.

One minute away. Does not open until 10:30 on Tuesday and Thursday (09:30 on Saturday) — if you moved quickly through the first two stops, you may arrive before it opens. A quirky alley cafe stacked with a hodgepodge of curious objects. Cash only, closed Monday and Friday.

A quiet counter-seat room in Higawa, dark and built for a solo sit rather than a crowd. Open until 18:00 (L.O. 17:30), closed Sundays — the most forgiving close of the four, which is why it ends the route.
