  Berg Wu won the World Brewers Cup twice, and the queue here is the price of that pedigree. Arrive close to the 10:00 open if you want a seat before the wait builds, especially on a weekend. Order the pour-over.

  A Nordic-influenced room on Yitong Street with a communal table at its centre and no queue at all. This is the sit, not the pilgrimage. Bring a book or a laptop and let the second cup take as long as it wants.
