The Space
The flagship sits inside Huashan 1914 Creative Park, a converted former brewery complex in Zhongzheng District that Taipei repurposed into a cultural and creative hub. The rustic-chic interior handles the industrial bones of the building without overworking them.
The Coffee
Berg Wu is a two-time World Brewers Cup Champion and the pour-over program at the Huashan flagship reflects every year of that craft, with single-origin filter work that is precise, expressive, and worth every minute of the wait to get a seat. The brunch menu is excellent and worth ordering before the coffee arrives.
