The Space
Cozy and warm, with cool books left out on the tables and a handful of terrace seats outside. Seating inside is limited, and the room fills fast with locals who clearly treat this as their own.
The Coffee
The masala chai is excellent, made the traditional way, and the cold brew and espresso drinks hold to the same standard. The beans are roasted in-house, sourced from Sumatra, Ethiopia and Guatemala.
Excellent masala chai, excellent sandwiches, and the kind of neighbourhood camaraderie that makes regulars out of first-timers.
The Vibe
There is a real sense of neighbourhood camaraderie here, locals come back often enough that it feels like a shared living room. Staff are kind, friendly and attentive, matching the warmth of the room.
