The Space
Plenty of natural light and a high ceiling make the room feel open. There are tables on the second floor, which is where the laptops were.
The Coffee
I had the latte and it was pretty decent. Nothing to build a trip around, but a fine cup to work through.
Take the upstairs table and stay a while.
The Vibe
Calm enough to chill out or get work done, and I saw a few people doing exactly that upstairs. Weekends fill up, so go on a weekday if you want a table.
The Verdict
Good for a solo hour or a work session, with wifi and a bright room. It is a few blocks from the other Lackawanna on Grove Street, which has the patio, so pick the one that fits the day.
