The baked goods are the real draw, hearty sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, scones and tarts, all fresh and genuinely good, the egg tart especially. The coffee is a step behind, the flat white and cold brew both read as under-extracted with little flavor to carry them.

The Space
Seats fill up fast inside, with a bench outside for anyone who does not mind eating on the go. Popular enough with locals that a weekend queue is normal, not a surprise.
The Coffee
The flat white and cold brew both came out under-extracted, thin on flavor, a letdown against everything else on the counter. The egg tart more than made up for it, genuinely delicious and clearly the reason regulars keep coming back.
The egg tart alone is worth the trip. The coffee needs a little more attention.
The Vibe
Staff are friendly, and the whole place runs on a real neighborhood following, locals treat it like a regular stop rather than a discovery. Prices stay reasonable even with the crowd.
The Verdict
Order the egg tart and whatever sandwich looks good, skip expecting much from the coffee. Come on a weekday if the weekend queue is not for you.
