The Space
Seats fill up fast inside, with a bench outside for anyone who does not mind eating on the go. Popular enough with locals that a weekend queue is normal, not a surprise.
The Coffee
The flat white and cold brew both came out under-extracted, thin on flavor, a letdown against everything else on the counter. The egg tart more than made up for it, genuinely delicious and clearly the reason regulars keep coming back.
The egg tart alone is worth the trip. The coffee needs a little more attention.

Staff are friendly, and the whole place runs on a real neighborhood following, locals treat it like a regular stop rather than a discovery. Prices stay reasonable even with the crowd.
