The Space
Panadería Rosetta draws a real line of locals and tourists alike most mornings, and the queue moves fast enough that it never feels like the wait it looks like. The room is cozy, with outdoor seating that makes it an easy, low-pressure spot to sit alone or watch the street.
The Coffee
The pastries are the real story here, the vanilla concha and the cardamom bun both genuinely excellent, high enough quality to justify the queue on their own. The coffee, unfortunately, falls short of that bar, decent rather than good, and noticeably behind everything else on the menu.

It's an easy place to sit alone or watch people go by, cozy without feeling cramped even when the queue is out the door. The atmosphere alone does a lot of the work here.
