Atmosphere is the headline number and earns it: a reused building with exposed roasters, considered interiors, and the kind of photogenic quality that makes you pause before sitting down. Coffee scores honestly below the visual promise — drinkable, clean, but not memorable for a cafe that roasts on premises. Value is where the card takes a hit: a 250 NTD minimum per person sets an expectation the cup does not quite clear. Solo works without friction. Staying power comes from the space rather than the drink.

The Space
A reused building on Guangfu South Road in Xinyi with its own roasters visible from the street and a visual identity that was clearly built to be noticed. Inside, the space delivers on the exterior promise and then some.
The Coffee
The house roasts are presented with care but arrive without the distinction you would hope for from a cafe that leads with its own roasting operation. The espresso is competent and clean, and that is about as far as it goes.
The roasters sit in plain view and the building was worth the renovation. The coffee makes you wish the cup kept pace with the concept.
The Vibe
The crowd comes for the look of the place more than the drink, which is a reasonable enough reason to be somewhere this photogenic. Solo visits work without any awkwardness, and the room is generous enough that you never feel watched.
The Verdict
CAMA 豆留文青 is worth visiting once for the building and the aesthetic, but not a place you will find yourself returning to for the coffee alone. The 250 NTD minimum per person is a threshold the cup does not clear on its own merits.
