Flip Flip Coffee Supply
Yoyogi, Shibuya · Tokyo · Steep Index 7.9/10

A spacious garage cafe near Meiji Jingu, with open windows for watching the street, friendly staff and a long food and drink menu.
The Steep Index
Atmosphere and staying power lead, a spacious, cozy room with seats by open windows that suits a long, easy visit. The coffee is the low point, since the latte was very milky and short on coffee flavor.
- Coffee / Drink Quality: 6.8/10
- Atmosphere: 8.6/10
- Solo-Friendliness: 8.0/10
- Value: 7.6/10
- Staying Power: 8.5/10
- Overall: 7.9/10
Perfect for: people watching
The Space
Flip Flip Coffee Supply sits in the Kitasando Garage building near the shrine, and the room is quite spacious. The seats by the open windows are the best spot to relax and watch people go by.
The Coffee
The coffee is okay. The latte I ordered was very milky and lacked coffee flavor, though the menu has plenty of food and drink options.
A good place to unwind on the way to the shrine.
The Vibe
The staff were nice and friendly, and the ambiance is cozy. It gets quite busy because it is popular with tourists.
The Verdict
Stop in on the way to the shrine, or after your visit, to relax and unwind by the open windows. The latte was weak, so order from the food menu instead.
