GOOD COFFEE FARMS Cafe & Bar
Nihonbashi, Chuo · Tokyo · Steep Index 8.1/10

A Nihonbashi cafe with enough outlets and seats to work from properly, plus burritos and an affogato if you stay past lunch.
The Steep Index
This is a working room that takes the coffee seriously, which is a harder combination to find in Tokyo than it should be. Plenty of comfortable seats, a communal table, real outlets and wifi that holds up. The interior is functional rather than memorable, which is the only axis that suffers.
- Coffee / Drink Quality: 8.1/10
- Atmosphere: 7.9/10
- Solo-Friendliness: 8.5/10
- Value: 8.0/10
- Staying Power: 8.0/10
- Overall: 8.1/10
Perfect for: working alone, reading, people watching
The Space
A ground-floor room off the Nihonbashi shopping streets, plain but easy to sit in, with comfortable seats and a communal table. One of the company's blue bicycle pulpers sits just inside the door, next to a stack of green coffee sacks. Outlets are plentiful, which is the detail that changes how long you stay.
The Coffee
The coffee is good and the pastries are worth ordering alongside it. There is an affogato and a run of burritos too. The machine by the door is the actual kit they supply to Guatemalan growers, pedal-powered and needing no water or electricity.
Outlets, wifi and a communal table, in a city where those three rarely arrive together.
The Vibe
Kind, lovely staff, and a mix of local office workers and visitors that keeps the room busy without making it loud. Easy to settle into on your own.
The Verdict
Come with a laptop and something to finish, because this is one of the few Tokyo rooms that genuinely wants you to stay. It shuts at five, so start early.
