Japan's second-largest city and its oldest treaty port, thirty minutes from Tokyo by train. Coffee entered the country here in the 1850s when the port opened to foreign trade, and the specialty scene rebuilding around Minato Mirai and Japan's largest Chinatown is still catching up to that history.
