The Space

The Bvlgari Bar sits on the 45th floor of Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo, split across an indoor room and two rooftop terraces that open the whole space to the skyline. The design is modern and minimalist without losing warmth, and it reads as one of the more considered rooftop rooms in the city.

The Pour

The Espresso Martini "What Else" was the standout, precise, well-balanced, and finished exactly the way it should be. The wider menu leans into extensive, creative cocktails alongside simple Italian bites, and every drink that came out of the bar looked considered rather than rushed.

The Espresso Martini arrived exactly as it should, and so did the view behind it.

The Vibe

Staff are uber-friendly and the service is genuinely impeccable, the kind of attention that makes a solo visit feel just as easy as one with company. The ambience invites you to slow down, and between the skyline and the terrace air it is hard to want to leave quickly.

The Verdict

This is a bar built for exactly one mood: unwind, look at the city, and let the cocktail list do something interesting. Go for the Espresso Martini and the view, and give yourself more time than you think you need.
