The Space
A third-floor room in the Milshe Jiyugaoka building with a terrace that opens out above the street. The elevation removes the foot traffic noise and gives the space a calmer quality than any ground-floor address on the same block could manage. There is enough room to spread a laptop without crowding whoever is next to you.
The Coffee
The cold brew is clear and unhurried — the kind of glass that takes time to make properly and shows it. The matcha latte is the other order worth committing to: well-balanced, with enough matcha presence to justify choosing it over the espresso on a warm morning. Both hold up in a way that makes the two-drink visit easy to justify.
Three floors up and the city is quieter. The cold brew is better for it.
The Vibe
Solo visitors and digital nomads settle in without any friction. The staff are warm in the same way as the other locations — present without hovering. On a good weather day the terrace is one of the better places to sit in Jiyugaoka, and the room knows it without making a show of it.
The Verdict
The Milshe location rewards the third-floor climb. If the weather is right and a terrace seat is available, this is the strongest of the three Alpha Beta spots. Come for the cold brew, stay for the view.
