Bean Wandering Coffee
Downtown St. Petersburg · St. Petersburg · Steep Index 8.0/10

A downtown coffee shop tucked inside an office building, easy to walk past, with friendly staff, a very good quiche and a cortado that did not measure up.
The Steep Index
Solo and staying power lead on fast, friendly service and seats both inside and out. Coffee sits lowest because the cortado was thin, and value follows since it cost more than it delivered.
- Coffee / Drink Quality: 6.8/10
- Atmosphere: 8.2/10
- Solo-Friendliness: 8.8/10
- Value: 7.4/10
- Staying Power: 8.8/10
- Overall: 8.0/10
The Space
The shop is inside a corporate building, and the sign outside is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. There are seats indoors and a few outside the building.
The Coffee
The cortado had no body and almost no flavor, and it felt a little pricey for what arrived. The spinach quiche was the better order, and it was tasty.
Order the quiche before the cortado.
The Vibe
The staff were friendly and cordial, and my order was ready in a jiffy. It is a quick, easy stop in the middle of the downtown office crowd.
The Verdict
Come for the quiche and the quick service, and skip the cortado. Look for the building before you look for the sign.
